Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Haus of Wax + Rose 48 hours before your service. There is a 0% cancellation fee for all appointments that are canceled within this timeframe. Any appointments canceled after the 48 hour cancellation window will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. No shows will also be charged 100% of the service price.
